What do we mean by “authentic design”?
Authentic means original and legitimate. At EspacioBetty, we don't distribute products that are "inspired by" or "just as good as."
We work only with manufacturers who hold the rights to produce designers' works and are committed to protecting the legacy of established designers while investing in emerging designers, providing them with a way to market their work. In other words, we are passionate about authentic design.
There's no room for imitations. They're dishonest and, in many cases, illegal.
By purchasing an authentic designer piece, you're investing in quality, tradition, and durability. You're becoming part of its legacy, and it's becoming part of yours. And most importantly, you're supporting the designers who have shaped the world we live in.
How can I make a purchase?
To place your order, you can do so through the following communication channels:

Does the furniture include VAT?
All furniture includes VAT.
Does the price include furniture assembly?
We include the lift and assembly in the price in all cases, except:
- Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra
- International Shipping
- In those specifically indicated in the product sheet
- Does not include the installation of any lighting elements
- It does not include the placement on the walls of shelves, mirrors, pictures, headboards and, in general, any product that can be anchored to the wall.
- In the event that the furniture or pieces of furniture cannot be brought up to the client's home by elevator or stairs, the hiring of a crane to bring it up through the facade will be the client's responsibility.

Can I buy from the Islands or from outside Spain?

We'll prepare a quote for you, including VAT if applicable, and the best shipping cost.
How can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can cancel it by emailing espaciobetty@espaciobetty.com or calling +34 917 110 915.
If you want to add products to your order, please place a new order for those items.
If you need to change your delivery address, remove items from your order, or cancel it entirely, please contact our Customer Service team at +34 917 110 915, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please have your order reference and date ready.
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you'll need to follow our returns procedure for any unwanted items.
There are some products we cannot cancel, refund, or exchange, including personalized, made-to-order, or custom-made products. See below for details.
How can I view my purchase history?
To view information about your past orders, log in to your account. Scroll down to the "Orders" section and click "View Past Orders."
Orders that have not yet arrived, are incomplete or damaged
If your order hasn't arrived or is incomplete, log in to your account to view it online. If your order has been shipped but hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email espaciobetty@espaciobetty.com or call us at +34 917 110 915 (Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
If you have more than one item in your order, please note that products may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received your entire order, as detailed in the confirmation email we sent you, please email or call us.
If your order arrives and the products are damaged, please follow our returns procedure below.
Do the products have a warranty?
All our products are guaranteed nationwide against manufacturing defects for a period of three years, except for those products where a different period is indicated. To claim the warranty, you must present the purchase invoice, which will be included in your order.
Claims will not be accepted for use caused by improper use or misuse of the purchased parts, nor for use in locations with adverse environmental conditions for the items in question, for example, outdoor use of indoor furniture.
